Our approach is simple:  to send in above average workers for your hotel or resort while being 100% compliant with local, state, & Federal regulations.

In addition, all staff are vigorously screened & vetted.  This includes:

  • All candidates MUST come in for an extensive in person interview. We do not do over the phone interviews, Skype interviews, or any other type of non personal interviews. During the in person interview, we thoroughly investigate the candidates temperament, including reactions to various situations. We understand the temperament you want, and we try our hardest to deliver only those people.
  • Before being hired by Rockstar Staffing, all candidates must pass a 12 panel pre-employment drug screening.
  • We test for alcohol, amphetamines, opiates,barbiturates, buprenorphine(helps people recovering from opiate addiction), benzodiazepines (Benzos), cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone (helps people recovering from opiate addiction), oxycodone, phencyclidine (PCP), & THC (marijuana). In regards to medical marijuana, we follow Federal guidelines and do not hire anyone with THC in their system.
  • All candidates employment & personal references are thoroughly investigated. For employment references, we require legitimate businesses. We do not accept cell phones for employment references, we call a brick and mortar businesses only. In other words, working for your aunt’s business she runs from her spare bedroom doesn’t count as experience.
  • We have partnered with GoodHire, one of the nations leading background check companies for employers. We run an exhaustive background check that includes both a criminal search on associated counties and Social Security number verification.
